The Company strictly executes the requirements of ISO9000 Quality System for the production process, sets up quality control points for key working procedures including raw materials, blank making, heat treatment, and build-up welding, etc., ensures the consistency of batch products through the control on process stability, and ensures the conformance of batch products with standards through sampling inspection. As also, the Company adopts 100% testing method for nondestructive test (flaw detection) and size inspection of finished products, and thus ensures that the products delivered fully meet the requirements of the Company’s standard design.
